Nope! Just leave your car parked in the designated spot (driveway, parking lot, etc.). We'll wash it and send you a notification when we're done. You'll get before/after photos in the app.
We carry all of our own water on the truck — including purified, deionized water for the final rinse. That's what gives you a completely spot-free finish with no water marks.
We monitor weather closely. If conditions prevent a quality wash, we'll notify you right away and you can reschedule for a time that works for you — whether that's later in the week or your next regular wash day. No extra charge, no hassle.
Absolutely. You can skip any individual wash through the app with no penalty (as long as it's 24+ hours before your scheduled time). You can also pause your subscription anytime.
100%. We use professional-grade pH-neutral car soap, foam cannon pre-soak, soft microfiber wash mitts, and deionized rinse water. Our process is gentler than any drive-through car wash.
Every customer gets a unique referral code in the app. When your friend signs up and completes their first wash, you both get rewarded — free wash for subscribers, 50% off for on-demand customers.
Yes! If you have 2 or more vehicles washed at the same location, every vehicle gets a discount — 15% off for 2 vehicles, 20% off for 3 or more. Each vehicle can be on its own package and frequency. The discount even works across different accounts, so roommates and neighbors can save together.
